Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, allergies, skin reactions, or dissatisfaction. Skincare products (including all items from Selora) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety — once opened or used, they cannot be resold.


Exceptions (Our Fault Only)

We only replace or credit for:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • Undelivered orders

How to Report an Issue:

Contact joshua.r.baker05@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement (no cash refunds). You pay return shipping — no prepaid labels. Return Address (If Approved):

Items sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

 

  • All skincare and personal care products (customized or not)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products (hygiene policy)

 


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

EU law allows returns within 14 days only if the item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

  • You pay return shipping.
  • No refund on opened skincare.

Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds.

Approved claims get store credit or replacement only.

Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
